Liberal capitalism can overcome climate change!

         We liberal capitalists favor entrepreneurs helping to overcome climate changes, whilst libertarians fear  so much, that many are global change-deniers! Entrepreneurs, as solar and wind initiatives are showing, can do the job. The Solyndras are just minor details!
        
          People who blame the federal government for choosing winners and losers are just using a red herring.
          What then can entrepreneurs and government do cooperatively to overcome climate change dire effects?
