No to con-job-servatism aid to the poor!

No, the previous article fails to  discern what happened. Charity could hardly help during the Great Depression and really did not suffice anyway.
Government aid did not lead to the deterioration of the family. What a scapegoat! Other societal forces did that.
No, Pres. Clinton needed no Repuclican encouragement, but instead it took them three times to come forth with the best proposal. And even that has lacked power in this crisis of job loss. Workfare does not take into account bad times. People need supplemental measures now to make up for where it fails.
Williams and Sowell merely rationalize their con-job-servatism!

Crowdsourcing Legislation In Finland | IdeaFeed | Big Think

Yes to Friedman!

We liberal perforce carry out Poe-life   policies whilst reactionaries ever try to oppose that effort. We have the  required  refined, evolves moral sense to  help all through government. We desire  better outcomes for all.
We approve of  some inequality as that is a mark of a successful economy, but the wage inequality of today rivals that that ruled before the Great  Depression. Never should there exist such a gargantuan inequality!
We respect and uphold the Constitution: it  engenders both government protection as to safe ty and as to welfare. We use  the federal government as a source of deffer ed income throuogh  Social Security, etc.: we pay for ourselves and others as that is Americanism. Through taxation we share resources such as that should we or others fall by the wayside , the safety net  aids  us. This  extends our liberties as we  then have resources to have better lives.
We oppose egoism as it  severs the moral relationship we have with each other as covenant morality for humanity- the presumption of humanism.
We serve others- act altruistically- without  harming our interests. We   can  serve others as we serve ourselves, hardly mutually incompatible!
Taxation is not theft as it  serves our interests ; our own and our concerns for others. We liberals  acknowledge  that diminishing  returns rules. We  approve of  progressive taxation  as thereby, we  established an equality of interest in the public welfare. Our system thereby aids the rich who  benefit from better educated and- healthier workers and good roads and so forth. That is their valid  interests, not the immoral interests of the plutocrats, of whom are less well-off  people  who  act against their interests.
Before we erected our Nanny State, charities could never serve  the masses of unemployed, disabled, and so forth. Reactionaries ever try to  take us on  that libertarian road to serfdom with their  laissez-faire capitalism, that known immoral system.
Under liberal  leadership, both labor and management win. We deliver  around twice as many  jobs and make the markets a means of wealth increase .
We all should ask: what do  we need and  what is the appropriate  levels of taxation, with diminishing  returns in mind, mot that supercilious big vs. small government!
As governments of all levels have taken on more responsibility for our justified needs, both liberties and rights  flourish, no  diminishing of them at all!
What further measures do we now need to push  forward? How can  we be  more effective? How can we educate the  public as to America's  real history as  opposed to that twaddle  reactionaries ever put forth/
